Connect Invoca to Vibe.co to send call and Signal outcomes into Vibe’s connected TV ad platform for attribution.

Prerequisites

  • A Vibe.co account and your Vibe Pixel ID, available from your Vibe.co account representative or account dashboard
  • The Vibe integration enabled on your Invoca account (if the Vibe tile shows “Learn More” instead of letting you configure it, contact your Invoca account team to enable it)
  • Access to edit your Invoca Tag, the JavaScript snippet installed on your website

Overview

Vibe.co is a connected TV (CTV) advertising platform — CTV refers to ads shown through streaming apps and smart TVs, rather than traditional broadcast — that helps brands target, measure, and optimize their streaming TV ads. Connecting Invoca and Vibe lets you share call outcomes with Vibe, giving it a fuller picture of ad performance for CTV targeting, optimization, and measurement. Setting up the integration involves three steps: gathering information from your Vibe account, configuring the integration tile in Invoca, and updating your Invoca Tag to capture attribution data.

Step 1: Get Your Vibe Pixel ID

Retrieve your unique Vibe Pixel ID from your Vibe.co account representative or account dashboard, and make a note of it. You’ll enter it when configuring the integration in Invoca.

Step 2: Set Up the Integration in Invoca

  1. In the Invoca sidebar menu, click Integrations, then select Manage Integrations.
  2. Click the Vibe tile.
  3. Enter a friendly name to identify your Vibe account, and enter your Vibe Pixel ID.
Next, create an Action — the record that tells Invoca which calls or Signals to report to Vibe:
  1. Enter a friendly name for the Action. Include “Call” or the Signal’s name to distinguish it from other Actions you set up.
  2. Optionally select a Profile (if your account is set up at the Network level) or Campaign (if at the Profile/Advertiser level) to filter which calls or Signals this Action applies to.
  3. In Triggered By, choose what to send to Vibe: select All Calls to report every call, or select Signal and choose a specific Signal. To send more than one type, create a separate Action for each.
  4. Enter the Vibe Pixel ID.
  5. Click Save. To add another Action, click + New Action.

Step 3: Configure Your Invoca Tag to Capture Attribution Data

Vibe uses IP address to attribute conversion events to CTV ad interactions. IP address is considered personally identifiable information (PII); check your company’s data policies before enabling this.
  1. Click the gear icon, then click Invoca Tags, and locate the Invoca Tag installed on your website.
  2. Open the Revision History tab and either create a New Draft or continue editing an existing draft.
  3. On the tag’s edit page, turn on Capture IP Address and Capture User Agent. Invoca passes these identifiers to Vibe for attribution.
  4. Test your changes to confirm they’re working.
  5. Click Save & Go Live.
If you have more than one Invoca Tag, repeat these steps and publish updates to each.

Validate That Events Are Reaching Vibe

  1. From your Invoca account, select Integrations, then Manage Integrations.
  2. Click the Vibe tile, then click the name of the Action you created. The Delivery Details chart shows how many deliveries succeeded (green) or errored (red) each day for the last 30 days.
  3. If you see errors, click the Delivery History tab, then click a row to expand it and see exactly what was sent and returned.
