Litify isn’t a directly supported Invoca integration, but you can send Invoca data to a Litify endpoint using a webhook.
Litify isn’t one of Invoca’s supported integrations, meaning there’s no pre-built, one-click connection between the two platforms. However, you can use a webhook to pass Invoca data to a Litify endpoint as calls happen.
How this works
A webhook sends data from Invoca to a URL you specify whenever a call event occurs, such as a call ending or a Signal firing. To connect to Litify, you configure an Invoca webhook to POST data to your Litify endpoint’s URL, formatted the way Litify expects to receive it.
Prerequisites
- A Litify endpoint URL that’s ready to accept incoming webhook data.
- Familiarity with which Invoca data fields (such as Marketing Data or Signals) you want included in the webhook payload, since these determine what information reaches Litify.
What you can send
Webhooks configured this way commonly include:
- Marketing Data: attribution and campaign details captured on the call.
- Signals: rule-based or AI-detected outcomes from the call, such as whether an appointment was booked.
Because this is a custom webhook rather than a packaged integration, your team (or Litify’s) is responsible for mapping the incoming fields to the right places in Litify. Contact your account team if you need help identifying which Invoca fields are available to include in a webhook payload.Last modified on September 30, 2026
