Share call outcomes with Innovid for a more complete view into performance, and to help power ad targeting, optimization, and measurement.
Innovid (formerly Flashtalking) is an ad serving and measurement platform for connected TV and video advertising. Connecting Invoca to Innovid lets you send call and Signal conversions back to Innovid, attributed to the ad that drove them.
Step 1: Locate your Innovid IDs from your Spot Pixel URL
Before setting up the integration, create an Innovid Spot Pixel for each Invoca transaction (Call or Signal) you want to send. Then locate four IDs from your Spot Pixel URL — for example: https://servedby.flashtalking.com/spot/1/22222;333333;44444/
- Reporting Bucket ID:
1
- Advertiser ID:
22222
- Spot ID:
333333
- Spot Group ID:
44444
Note these values from your own Spot Pixel URL — you’ll need them next.
Step 2: Implement an Innovid script on your website
To make the FTrackID (an anonymous device ID) and FTGUID (a cookieless identifier) available for the Invoca Tag to read in a first-party cookie named ftalking, implement an Innovid script on your website. Contact your Innovid Success Manager for the script from their solution engineering team, and be sure to honor consumer consent preferences when executing it.
Step 3: Set up the integration in Invoca
- In the Invoca sidebar, click Integrations, then Manage Integrations.
- Click the Innovid tile. If it shows “Learn More” instead, contact your Invoca CSM or account manager to enable it.
- Enter a friendly name to identify your Innovid account, and enter the Advertiser ID from Step 1.
Create an Action
- Enter a friendly name for the Action (include “Call” or the Signal name to distinguish Actions).
- Optionally filter by Profile or Campaign.
- Under Triggered By, choose All Calls or Signal. Create separate Actions for more than one transaction type.
- Enter the Reporting Bucket, Spot ID, and Spot Group ID from Step 1 that correspond to your Triggered By selection.
- Click Save. Repeat with + New Action for each Spot ID you want to report.
- Click the gear icon, select Invoca Tags, and locate the Tag on your website.
- Open the Revision History tab and create a new draft, or continue an existing one.
- In the Marketing Data section, find the
ftalking field, set its Data Source Type to Cookie, and enter ftalking as the Data Source Name.
- Enable the IP Address and User Agent toggles — Innovid uses these for attribution and only processes events that include a valid User Agent.
- Test your changes, then click Save & Go Live. If you have multiple Invoca Tags, publish the update to each.
Validate that events are reaching Innovid
- In Invoca, click Integrations, then Manage Integrations.
- Click the Innovid tile, then the name of the Action you created.
- Review the Delivery Details chart, showing successes (green) and errors (red) by day for the last 30 days. Click Delivery History for individual requests and responses.
FAQ

What fields does Invoca pass to Innovid?
A GUID, track ID, IP address, and User Agent from the web page visit, for attribution.
How can I see the data Invoca sends to Innovid?
Open an Action’s Delivery History tab and expand a row to see exactly what was sent for that call or Signal.
How does Invoca send data to Innovid?
Invoca uses a server-to-server request to Innovid’s endpoint at https://servedby.flashtalking.com/spot/....
