Report Invoca phone calls and Signals to Snap as Events to attribute offline conversions to Snap ad campaigns.
With this integration, you can view Invoca call events in Snap reports, better optimize digital marketing spend, and use call and conversion data for ad targeting or suppression.

Before you begin

Make sure your Invoca Tag and Snap Pixel are both deployed on your landing page.

Step 1: Choose which conversion events to send to Snap

Decide whether to send all Invoca phone calls as an Event, filter by Signal to send only true conversions, or both. If you don’t already have a Signal for the conversion type you want to track, create one first. Match each type of Invoca data you’ll send to one of Snap’s Event Types:

Step 2: Create an Invoca Action to send data to Snap

  1. Find your Snap Pixel ID.
  2. In the sidebar, click Integrations, then Manage Integrations, then the Snap Ads tile — click Integrate.
  3. Enter a friendly name for your Snap Ads account, then the Pixel ID from step 1.
  4. Choose Send Signal Events.
  5. Enter a friendly name for the Action (include the Signal name to help distinguish it).
  6. Set the Event Type to match the one you chose earlier for this Signal.
  7. Optionally filter by Profile.
  8. Under Triggered By, choose Signal and select the specific Signal that corresponds to your chosen event type.
  9. Click Integrate. Repeat for each additional Signal you want to send.

Using your integration

Once webhooks and Snap campaigns are active, Invoca starts sending calls and Signals to Snap, which incorporates the offline data into its reporting tools. To verify: log in to Snap Ads Manager, open the menu, select Snap Pixel, and check traffic activity. Note that this graph shows raw pixel event data, not conversions attributed to ad activity.
