Snowflake isn’t a directly supported Invoca integration, but you can still get your call data into Snowflake using an SFTP or Amazon S3 data delivery.Invoca can’t send data directly to a Snowflake environment, since Snowflake isn’t one of our supported integrations. Instead, you can set up an SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) or Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service) data delivery, which are both supported workarounds for getting your Invoca data into a location you control.
How this works
- Set up an S3 or SFTP data delivery in your Invoca account so your call data is exported on a regular schedule to a destination you manage.
- From there, load the delivered files into Snowflake using your own data pipeline or Snowflake’s own file-loading tools (for example, its
COPY INTOcommand for S3-hosted files).
Prerequisites
- An S3 bucket or SFTP server you control, to receive the Invoca data delivery.
- Your own process or tooling for loading files from that destination into Snowflake, since Invoca’s delivery ends at the S3 bucket or SFTP server rather than at Snowflake itself.
