Share call outcomes with tvScientific for a more complete view into connected TV ad performance, targeting, and measurement.
Step 1: Get your tvScientific Pixel ID and Event Names
Retrieve your unique tvScientific Pixel ID from your account representative or dashboard. Decide on the Event Names you’ll send — these appear in your tvScientific reports. Event names can’t include spaces, numbers, or special characters, though underscores are allowed. Note your Pixel ID and Event Names — you’ll need them next.Step 2: Set up the integration in Invoca
- In the sidebar, click Integrations, then Manage Integrations.
- Click the tvScientific tile. If it shows “Learn More,” contact your Customer Success Manager to enable it.
- Enter a friendly name and your tvScientific Pixel ID.
Create an Action
- Enter a friendly name for the Action (include “Call” or the Signal name).
- Optionally filter by Profile or Campaign.
- Under Triggered By, choose All Calls or Signal.
- Enter the Event Name matching your Triggered By selection — remember, no spaces, numbers, or special characters (underscores are fine).
- Click Save. Repeat for each transaction type you want to report, using + New Action.
Step 3: Configure your Invoca Tag(s) to capture attribution data
tvScientific uses IP Address to attribute conversion events to CTV ad interactions. IP Address is considered PII — review your company’s policies before enabling it.- Click the gear icon, then Invoca Tags, and find your Tag.
- Open the Revision History tab and create a new draft, or continue an existing one.
- Enable the Capture IP Address and Capture User Agent toggles.
- Test your changes, then click Save & Go Live. Publish to all Invoca Tags if you have more than one.
Validate that events are reaching tvScientific
- In Invoca, click Integrations, then Manage Integrations, then the tvScientific tile, then the name of your Action.
- Review the Delivery Details chart, showing successes (green) and errors (red) by day for the last 30 days. Click Delivery History for individual requests and responses.
