Reference for error codes returned when a data delivery to Microsoft Bing Ads fails.
What this covers
If you use Invoca’s Microsoft Bing Ads integration to send call or conversion data from Invoca to your Bing Ads account, an occasional delivery can fail. When that happens, Invoca records an error code for the failed delivery so you can identify what went wrong.
Where to find delivery errors
- In the Invoca sidebar menu, click Integrations, then select Manage Integrations.
- Click the Microsoft Bing Ads tile.
- Review the delivery history for the account or action you’re troubleshooting. Failed deliveries are listed along with the error code and timestamp Bing returned.
Common causes
Delivery errors typically point to one of a few common causes:
- An expired or revoked authorization between Invoca and your Bing Ads account.
- An invalid or deactivated Customer ID or Account ID.
- A payload that Bing’s API rejected outright, such as a malformed conversion value or timestamp.
What to do next
If reconnecting your Bing Ads account or verifying your Customer ID and Account ID doesn’t resolve a delivery error, contact Invoca Support with the specific error code and the timestamp of the failed delivery. Support can look up what that code means and confirm whether the issue is on Invoca’s side, Bing’s side, or in your account configuration.Last modified on September 30, 2026
