Where linked Google Ads account information appears in Invoca, and why the accounts you see can differ depending on how you authenticated.
When your Invoca account connects to Google Ads, information about your linked Google accounts appears in three places:
- Overview tab: shows every Google account available to you, based on your authentication level.
- Configuration tab: shows every Google account currently set up to manage conversions.
- Google Call Extensions tab: shows every Google child account where Call Extensions can be configured.
Why the same account list can look different across tabs
Your authentication level with Google determines which accounts you can see in each tab. If you sign in at a manager account level, you may see a broader set of accounts across all three tabs than someone who signs in directly at a single child account level. This is expected behavior: each tab is scoped to a specific purpose (general visibility, conversion management, or Call Extensions), so the account list reflects both your authentication level and that tab’s function.
If an account isn’t showing up where you expect
The most common cause of a missing Google account is authenticating at a different level than the tab requires. If you run into this, contact Invoca Support with the account and tab in question, and they can confirm which authentication level is needed to see it.Last modified on September 30, 2026
