A reference for which data fields Invoca sends to Google Ads for click conversions, call conversions, Customer Match audiences, and Signal conversions.

Conversions from ad clicks

Conversions from ad clicks include conversion calls from websites that users enter by clicking ads. Sending call conversions lets you see how your online ads affect offline sales and other valuable actions. In Invoca, all conversion activity is based on the call start time. When Invoca sends calls back to Google to mark as a conversion, it passes along the Google Click ID (gclid) so Google knows which ad click to associate the conversion with.

Call conversions

Call conversions are calls from call extensions in ads. Phone call conversion tracking measures when ads result in valuable phone calls, such as sales. Invoca can track Google Call Extension calls without reporting conversions to Google Ads, by using a different Invoca media type for the promo numbers in call ads. You can choose whether to create or see audiences in Google Ads within the Connect App settings. Google Ads lets marketers use audiences for targeting or exclusions on the search and display networks. Invoca sends a user identifier that can be added to a Google user list. Each user list can only contain a single type of user data, and private customer data must be hashed before it’s sent to a user list.

Signal conversions

When a Signal is set to true and created in Invoca, the selected Signal conversion in the Action settings is sent to Google Ads.
