A tour of the three tabs the Invoca Enterprise app adds to your Salesforce org — the Invoca Call Log, Invoca Admin, and Invoca Console.
Since the Invoca Enterprise app is a managed package, these tabs don’t count toward your org’s custom tab limits. In Salesforce Classic, find them via the ”+” icon in the top navigation menu; in Lightning, via the “ice cube” icon.

Tab 1: Invoca Call Log

Invoca passes all call data from the Transaction Details report to fields on the Invoca Call Log custom object — call duration, Custom Data, Signals, campaigns, Enhanced Caller Profiles, and more. The default page layout doesn’t show the full set of fields, so you can modify it to surface what matters most to your business. It’s also helpful to add a Related List for the Invoca Call Log to the associated Lead/Contact/Account/Opportunity layout, so users can jump straight to it. If you’ve followed the setup series, you configured these settings in the Salesforce Sales Cloud installation guide — refer back there if you need to edit the layout or related list again.

Tab 2: Invoca Admin

This is where you configure and customize integration settings — covered in detail in the installation guide. Refer back there any time you need to change how data is transferred or matched.

Tab 3: Invoca Console

A widget showing calls in real time in Salesforce, with quick access to related records. It’s compatible with both Classic and Lightning, with slightly different experiences:
  • Classic (version 2.2+): uses Visualforce and Push Topics to show “calls in progress” and “recently completed” calls in the sidebar.
  • Lightning (version 4.1+): uses Push Topics and the Utility Bar to show the same information in a panel from a bottom ribbon.
Calls in progress appear in chronological order as soon as they connect, and move to “completed calls” about 1–2 minutes after ending. By default, 10 in-progress and 10 completed calls are shown. Calls lasting longer than 1 hour are removed from the Console. Since all Invoca calls appear regardless of which agent answered, the Console works best for businesses with a manageable volume of concurrent calls. It also provides quick links to related records. Instructions to enable, display, and customize the Console are covered in the Salesforce Sales Cloud installation guide.
