Set Read and Edit permissions for: Invoca Call Log, Invoca Conversion Mapping, Invoca Reportings, and Invoca Error Logs.
Check Field Permissions for mapped fields on: Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Cases.
Grant explicit permission to access Apex Classes containing @AuraEnabled methods — specifically CallLogWrapper and CallStreamingController within the Invoca Enterprise app.
Enable the 4 Visualforce pages associated with the Invoca Enterprise app under Visualforce Page Access (namespace prefix INVOCA_FOR_SF).
Under System Permissions, check the Apex REST Services and Edit Tasks flags.
Under App Permissions, allow users to Convert Leads.
