A Salesforce Admin might encounter this error when installing the package (version 5.5.4 or lower), related to hitting the custom relationship limit on an object. The error message looks like:Cause
The Invoca Managed Package adds a Lookup field on each of the following objects, pointing to the related Invoca Call Log record: Account, Case, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity. If any of these objects is already at its limit for Custom Relationship Fields, installation fails with this error.Resolution
- Run an Entity Definition Report in Salesforce to see how many Lookup and Master-Detail relationships exist in your system.
- Use the report to determine which object(s) are at their Custom Relationship Field limit.
- Remove a field from that object to make space for the fields added by the Invoca Managed Package.
