The direct Invoca and Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration has been retired — click-to-call and dynamic number images still work, but the SFMC app and Data Extension webhook are no longer supported.
The Invoca integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) has been retired. Some functionality remains available, while other features have been removed. This article covers what’s changed, what still works, and alternatives for bringing Invoca data into your SFMC organization.

Alternative solution for passing Invoca data to SFMC

If you want to continue bringing Invoca data into SFMC, consider using Salesforce CRM as an intermediary. Salesforce CRM and SFMC connection: if your organization uses Salesforce CRM, there’s a native connection between Salesforce CRM and SFMC that enables data sharing between the two. By integrating Invoca with Salesforce CRM, you may be able to pass data indirectly from Salesforce CRM into SFMC. See the Salesforce Sales Cloud: Integration overview to get started.

Managing and editing existing email snippets

If you’ve already implemented the Invoca email snippet, you can continue to:
  • Use the click-to-call hyperlink in email campaigns.
  • Display dynamic number images in emails to track calls.
  • Monitor email-driven call performance in Invoca reports.
For any modifications, you’ll need to manually edit your existing code, since the SFMC app that generated new snippets is no longer available.
