Symptoms

A Salesforce Admin might encounter this error when installing the package (version 5.5.2 or lower), related to the WhatId in the RelatedContent section of the Task layout.

Resolution

Install version 5.5.4 or higher — this removed WhatId from the RelatedContent section in the Task layout, which avoids the error. Install the current version from the Invoca AppExchange listing.
