Lead Creation for Every Call Within Salesforce - Invoca

A Salesforce patch (5.5.3) restored the option to create a new Lead for every call when no objects are selected for matching.

Symptoms

Leads weren’t being created for every call.

Cause

Earlier package versions offered an option to skip matching against existing records and instead create a new Lead for every call. This option wasn’t included when version 5.5 was first released.

Resolution

A later Salesforce patch (5.5.3) updated the code and now exposes the field mapping option for Leads when no objects are selected for matching and the “Enable Lead Creation” checkbox is enabled.
