Invoca automatically replaces RingPool numbers that receive poor-quality calls before ever being shown to a customer, free of charge.
Before a promo number is available for use in a campaign, it goes through an extensive cleansing and incubation process. For RingPools, Invoca also provides RingPool Incubation to remove problematic phone numbers from your RingPool at no charge.

How it works

If a promo number in your RingPool receives a call before it’s ever been shown to a customer, that call isn’t useful to your business — most likely it’s fraudulent, a misdial, or leftover traffic from the number’s previous owner. The call isn’t interrupted and still goes through your normal call treatment to your destination call center, but Invoca doesn’t display a record of it in your reports. If a promo number starts receiving poor-quality calls before it’s ever been displayed to a customer, it’s likely to keep receiving them. To minimize this, Invoca automatically removes that number from your RingPool and replaces it with a similar one (toll-free for toll-free, local for local), free of charge. Once a promo number has been shown to a customer, it’s never replaced from your RingPool.
