Invoca supports local promo numbers for the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland, with feature limitations that grow outside the US and Canada.
If your marketing team manages international campaigns, Invoca supports local promo numbers from several countries. This lets you:
- Attribute inbound calls to your international marketing efforts, and analyze domestic and international call performance from one platform.
- Personalize the caller experience with configurable call treatments and routing.
- Sync call data with other systems using Invoca webhooks.
- Expand reach by building caller segments and lookalike audiences in Facebook.
Supported countries and number types
Invoca currently offers local and toll-free promo numbers for:
When setting up international direct promo numbers, each promo number must route to a destination phone number in the same country — you can’t route a UK promo number to a destination in, say, Hong Kong.
Setting up an international campaign
- Create a campaign, and in the Overview step, use the Campaign Country dropdown to select the campaign’s country.
- Build a call treatment for the campaign, and add your international call center’s phone number to it.
- Once the campaign is created, allocate international promo numbers from the Direct Promo Numbers tab.
Additional notes:
- Call recordings and whisper messages aren’t supported for promo numbers outside the US, Canada, and UK.
- The destination phone number must include the country calling code.
- Outside the US and Canada, the destination phone number must be in the same country as the Campaign Country.
- RingPools aren’t supported outside the US, Canada, and UK.
Troubleshooting UK RingPools
- You can’t include UK and North American promo numbers in the same RingPool or campaign — create a separate international campaign for UK promo numbers instead.
- You must use different Invoca Tags for North American and UK campaigns.
- Invoca supports both automatically finding all numbers and defining specific numbers to replace in the UI for UK campaigns.
Enabling and disabling the feature
Reach out to your account team or support@invoca.com to enable international promo number support. Number and per-minute fees apply, and vary by country and number type.
To disable the feature, first delete your international promo numbers and archive any international-specific campaigns, then reach out to your account team or support@invoca.com to request that international support be disabled. Even after disabling the feature, any remaining international promo numbers still allocated to active campaigns continue to route successfully and continue to incur fees.

In addition to the above, the following aren’t available outside the US:

Frequently asked questions
Can I have a bundle with campaigns for different countries? No, this isn’t currently possible.
Do calls to international promo numbers work with my Invoca integrations? For countries outside the US, Canada, and UK, it depends on the integration. If an integration relies on capturing dynamic values from landing pages (for example, Invoca for Google Ads landing page calls, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Ads 360, HubSpot, or Invoca for Salesforce Marketing Cloud), it won’t work for international promo numbers.
International numbers are supported for Google Call Extensions — create the promo number from the Direct Promo Numbers tab under the campaign, with media type “Google Call Extension.” Google Ads only supports Google Forwarding Numbers for a specific list of countries; check Google’s documentation for the current list.
Invoca for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Invoca for Facebook, and Invoca for Instagram all work with international promo numbers.
Why can’t I delete an international address when I no longer have promo numbers specific to it? A number isn’t fully released until the end of the day it’s deleted. If you recently deleted a promo number, wait until the following day to delete the address.
I deleted a promo number by accident — can I get it back? There’s no guarantee the same number will be reallocated, but you can try requesting a similar number using the “looks like” feature. If the deleted number wasn’t a US, Canada, or UK number, it may not have been released yet — a number must be released before it can be allocated again.
