Transfer a previously-owned phone number out of your Invoca account to a new carrier, as long as it’s been used in your account within the last 30 days.
You can transfer (port) phone numbers you used as promo numbers to use outside your Invoca account, with some restrictions. You can only port out numbers that you previously owned before using Invoca and ported in, and that have been used in your account within the last 30 days.

Porting a number out

  1. Reach out to your account team or support@invoca.com with a list of the phone numbers you want to port out.
  2. Contact the carrier you want to receive these numbers, and request a Letter of Authorization (LOA) form and the carrier’s RespOrg ID.
  3. Fill out your new carrier’s LOA form and return it to them.
  4. Once the LOA is complete, the receiving RespOrg contacts Invoca’s RespOrg to authorize the request. Invoca then confirms the numbers for transfer and releases them to your new carrier.
A service fee applies to these requests. We can’t give an estimate for how long a port-out will take, since the process is driven by your new carrier rather than Invoca — but it’s typically similar to our standard port-in timeline, about two to four weeks.
