A dedicated report with all promo numbers and their Marketing Data isn’t available through call reports — use the platform export or the Network API instead.
Since the Data Delivery feature is only accessible through call reports, a report focused solely on promo numbers isn’t possible. Instead, you can retrieve promo number data directly from the platform or through the network API.

Using the platform

  1. Go to the Promo Numbers page to see the list of Invoca numbers your network uses.
  2. Filter by Number Classification - Static Numbers to show only static numbers.
  3. Click Export on the right side of the page to download the data as a CSV. See How Can I See All Promo Numbers in the Platform? for the full walkthrough.
Keep in mind this report doesn’t include all marketing data applied to each number.

Using the Network API

You can use the Network API for Promo Numbers to manage promo numbers for a specific campaign, with endpoints for reading, creating, updating, and deleting them. This gives you a list of all promo numbers along with their associated marketing data. Applies to: Accounts wanting a comprehensive, regularly refreshed overview of their promo numbers and associated marketing data for number management.
