Invoca can automatically reclaim Publisher promo numbers that haven’t received calls in 45 days, with advance email notice before numbers are removed.Promo numbers are key to routing calls and capturing attribution data, but they’re also a limited resource. To help manage them, Invoca offers an auto-reclaim feature for Publisher promo numbers, which can be turned on or off depending on your number management policy. How auto-reclaim works
When enabled, the auto-reclaim process runs on the 20th of each month, targeting promo numbers that have received zero calls in the past 45 days.- Invoca sends a notification email to the Publisher, with instructions to respond if they want to keep the numbers.
- On the 26th, Publishers who haven’t responded are notified again.
- On the 27th, the reclaim process runs, removes the numbers, and sends a final confirmation email.
