How to delete promo numbers account-wide, from a specific campaign, or delete a RingPool entirely.
Before deleting promo numbers, keep in mind:
  • You can’t delete ported-in numbers or numbers in Syndication. To delete these, reach out to your account team or support@invoca.com with the list of numbers you want removed.
  • You can’t manually delete individual RingPool promo numbers — Invoca removes them automatically instead as part of auto-scaling.
  • You must be a Super User on the account to delete promo numbers.
  • Deleting a promo number doesn’t affect historic reporting — calls tied to a deleted number still appear in your reports as expected.
  • Once deleted, a number is no longer available for use on your account.

Deleting promo numbers across your account

  1. Log in to your Invoca account. In the sidebar menu, click Promo Numbers, then select Manage Promo Numbers.
  2. Optionally filter the list by Number Status, Advertiser Status, Publisher Status, Campaign Status, or Calls Last 30 Days.
  3. Check the box for each promo number you want to delete.
  4. Click the Bulk Actions dropdown and select Delete Promo Numbers. Read the warning carefully before confirming.

Deleting promo numbers from a specific campaign

  1. Log in to your Invoca account. In the sidebar menu, click Campaigns, then select Manage Campaigns.
  2. Click the campaign housing the numbers you want to delete, then click the Direct Promo Numbers tab.
  3. Select the numbers to delete using the checkboxes along the left, then click the menu button in the Actions column and select Delete — or use the checkbox column and the Bulk Actions dropdown to delete several at once. Read the warning carefully before confirming.

Deleting a RingPool
