Invoca Is Not Swapping in Private/Incognito Browser - Invoca

Tags deployed through Google Tag Manager are blocked in private/incognito mode on most browsers — deploy through the Invoca tag manager instead.

If a tag is deployed through Google Tag Manager, it won’t work in private/incognito mode on most browsers, or in the DuckDuckGo browser generally. These browsers use a mode that specifically blocks Google Tag Manager, along with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Bing Ads, and Facebook Pixel.

Resolution

Deploy using the Invoca tag manager instead. The Invoca tag manager isn’t blocked by these browser modes, so the Invoca script functions normally on these websites.
