Define your local branch locations in a spreadsheet so the “Forward to Nearest Location” call treatment node can route callers to their closest one.
The “Forward to Nearest Location” call treatment node routes calls to your closest local branch. Before you can use it, you’ll need to define where those branches are.

Step 1: Fill out your Nearest Location spreadsheet

  1. Download the Nearest Location spreadsheet template from your account team or support@invoca.com.
  2. Open the template and clear the sample data.
  3. Add one row per location you want to route calls to, filling in each column:
    • name: A recognizable name for this location, shown in your Invoca reports.
    • destination_phone_number: The phone number at this location that should receive Invoca calls.
    • address_street_one, address_city, address_state, address_postal_code: This location’s address.
    • area_code: The area code (NANP) of your destination phone number.
    • child_campaign
  4. Save the spreadsheet as a .csv file.

Step 2: Send your completed spreadsheet to Invoca

Reach out to your account team or support@invoca.com to request that Forward to Nearest Location be enabled on your account. Include:
  • Your name.
  • A link to the campaign you want to use with this feature.
  • Your completed Nearest Location spreadsheet.
Once your request is processed, you’ll be notified by email. You can view your custom locations by opening your campaign and clicking View Custom Locations in the Call Treatment panel.
