Edit the default equals-operator expression directly to use other comparison operators, like != for “not equal to.”You can use custom Marketing Data in a call treatment condition to check for a specific value. Click Check a Condition > Add Condition > Custom Fields, then choose the data field you want to check. Once a field is selected, Invoca adds a default expression using the equals operator (
=). You can use other comparison operators by editing that symbol directly in the input field — for example, != checks for “not equal to.”
