Connect Invoca to Adobe Audience Manager to send caller data into your segments, and reference Audience Manager segments in Invoca Signals and call routing.
This guide is part of a series connecting Invoca to Adobe Experience Cloud products. Before you begin: You need access to your Adobe Audience Manager account, and permission to edit Marketing Data fields, Invoca Tags, and webhooks in your Invoca account.

Choose a connection method

If you have both Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager, connect through Adobe Analytics first — it’s simpler to set up, though Traits and segments only update once a day. For more frequent updates, connect Invoca directly to Audience Manager instead, as described below.

Step 1: Capture Adobe Audience Manager data in Invoca

  1. Follow the Adobe Analytics installation guide to connect Invoca to your Adobe Analytics account.
  2. Connect your Adobe Analytics account to Adobe Audience Manager (see Adobe’s documentation).

Alternative: connect directly to Audience Manager

  1. If you already use the Experience Cloud Visitor ID on your landing pages, follow the Adobe Analytics installation guide to capture it in Invoca.
  2. If you don’t use the Experience Cloud Visitor ID, capture the Adobe Audience Manager ID (aam_uuid) instead. Create a custom Marketing Data field with these settings:
    • Partner (API) Name: aam_uuid
    • Friendly Name: Adobe Audience Manager ID
    • Field Type: Text Field
    • Attribution Model: Last
  3. Add the new field to your Invoca Tag, choosing Cookie as the Data Source Type and aam_uuid as the Data Source Name.

Step 2: Choose which data to send to Adobe Audience Manager

  1. In Invoca, open your Signals menu and list the Signal insights you want to send to Audience Manager for each call.
  2. For each Signal, create a corresponding Trait Rule in your Audience Manager account (see Adobe’s documentation).

Step 3: Send data using a webhook (direct integration only)

If you connected via Adobe Analytics in Step 1, skip to Step 4.
  1. Create a Post-Call Webhook to send data to Adobe Audience Manager’s Data Collection Server API in real time. Create a separate webhook for each event type (all calls, or a specific Signal) you want to report.
  2. Select the network or profile you want to integrate.
  3. Create a new Post-Call webhook with these settings:
  1. Replace [Account Name] in the URL with your organization’s Adobe Audience Manager account name.
  2. Save the webhook. Repeat for additional event types.

Step 4: Put the integration to use

  1. Use the custom data and Signals you send from Invoca in Trait Builder rules.
  2. Use those Traits in Segment Builder to create new segments and actions.
  3. Publish call-related segments from Adobe Analytics to Adobe Audience Manager.
