Yes, in a limited way — you can retrieve a basic set of call identifiers without a PreSense subscription, known as the “Exact Match” use case.By default, most pre-call data returned by the Calls-in-Progress API requires a PreSense subscription. Without one, a limited set of fields is still available for accurately attributing data post-call to the Signal API — Invoca calls this the “Exact Match” use case. Applies to:
- Customers who need to link the Call Record ID or Transaction ID to calls in a third-party system, to better match data sent back to Invoca
- Customers who need basic real-time data about calls
- Customers looking for an alternative to a Pre-Transfer Webhook for passing a unique call identifier
