Use the go_live endpoint to promote a campaign’s future terms to current terms and make it live.

Advertiser Campaigns can be managed through the Network API, including creating, updating, and viewing them. A campaign’s state can also be controlled through the API.
When a campaign is created via the API, its “future terms” are set, but its state isn’t yet live. Hitting the go_live endpoint promotes those future terms to “current terms” and makes the campaign live. Archived campaigns must be unarchived first.
