Topic Explorer visualizes common themes across your conversations as an interactive sunburst chart, so you can turn any topic into a new Signal.This is an open-beta feature. Contact your CSM (Customer Success Manager) or Account Manager to add Signal Labs: Topic Explorer to your package. Not sure where to start with AI conversation intelligence? Topic Explorer analyzes conversations for common themes, groups them into easy-to-scan topics, and lets you turn any of them into new Signals to identify calls of interest as they happen. Topic Explorer is similar to Signal AI Discovery but needs less specialized knowledge, is easier to understand, and allows deeper analysis into unknown aspects of the business.
How it works
After Topic Explorer is added to your account, log in, click Labs in the sidebar, find the Topic Explorer tile, and click Try it Out to see a visual list of themes and potential Signals. The “sunburst” chart shows broad themes toward the center, with specific phrases and insights in the outer rings. Hover over a topic for a summary and conversation count.- Search directly via the Thematic Search text box for a specific topic or phrase.
- Filter segments via the Settings button’s folder filter tool, to choose a folder representing a conversation subset — the topic list updates accordingly.
