SA360 Error: "User Does Not Have Permission to View Advertiser"

This is a user permission issue — either have the originally authenticating user resolve it, or apply a new API credential to the integration.

Symptoms

Conversions aren’t populating in SA360.
The error User does not have permission to view advertiser XXXXXXXXXXX for conversion index=0 conversionId=... appears in Delivery History responses.

This error is related to a user permission issue in SA360.

Either have the user who originally authenticated the integration make the needed changes in SA360, or apply a new API credential to the integration.
