How to Pull Reporting in Invoca When Comparing Data to Campaign Manager

Filter your Invoca report down to Pooling Calls with a gclid or dclid, matching Campaign Manager’s own firing conditions, to get an accurate comparison.

Steps

1. Pull a Call and/or Transactions report in Invoca for the period you want to compare.
2. Filter down to Pooling Calls only.
3. Filter further to only Pooling Calls with a gclid or dclid.
4. Remove calls with duplicate gclids or dclids, and any calls marked as a Repeat Caller. The remaining calls are the ones sent to Campaign Manager.
5. Filter further based on your Campaign Manager instance’s firing conditions:
   • If set to fire on Signals, only calls with both a Signal met and a gclid or dclid are being sent.
   • If set to fire on All Calls, all calls with a gclid or dclid are being sent.
