How to choose between the Calls Report and Call Review, two different views for analyzing your calls.
The Calls Report and Call Review are two views available in your account, and they serve very different purposes. The Calls Report helps marketers understand marketing details of calls, such as attribution and Signals. Call Review helps contact centers dive deep into individual calls and provide coaching moments for agents.

Comparing the two views

Calls Report

The Calls Report works best for analyzing data in large tables, for readers who are less interested in individual call handling. It’s the better choice when you’re focused on marketing attribution and call sources. With the Calls Report, you can filter your call traffic by displaying columns of information related to specific campaigns, Signals, Marketing Data Fields, and more.

Call Review

Call Review is built for frequent call reviewers who need to find specific calls and call-handling moments for agent coaching. It prioritizes call scores and summaries over marketing data. With Call Review, you can filter your call traffic using Scorecard data, agent names, call summaries, and more, at an individual level, to help you find calls of interest for deeper review.
