Move calls from a website phone number to a new syndication partner by routing your syndicated campaign and Invoca Tag to the partner’s profile campaign.
Applies to: Syndicated campaigns, Invoca Tag promo number routing
Scenario
A phone number on your website sends calls to one partner, such as a broker. You want those calls to syndicate to a different partner that also uses Invoca.
What does the new partner need to do?
The new partner creates a profile campaign in their own Invoca account. They then share that campaign’s promo number with you.
What do I do with the partner’s number?
Enter the partner’s promo number in the Destination Number field of your syndicated campaign. Calls to your syndicated campaign then forward to the partner’s profile campaign.
For full setup steps, see Create a Syndicated Campaign.
Do I need to change anything on my website?
No. You don’t need to change the website itself or the phone number placement on the page.
Do I need to update my Invoca Tag?
Yes. Update the Tag’s promo number routing for that page so it sends calls to the new syndicated campaign. Until you update the routing, calls keep going to the previous destination.
How do I confirm the change worked?
Place a test call to the number on the page. Then confirm the call appears on the new syndicated campaign in Reports. If the call still reaches the old partner, recheck the Tag’s promo number routing for that page.
Visitors who were on the page before the Tag update can keep routing to the old destination until their attribution window expires. See Calls Routing Incorrectly After Updating Your Invoca Tag. Last modified on October 27, 2026
