A tour of the reports available in your account, how to filter, sort, and display your data, and how to share, save, and export what you find.

Accessing your reports

Log in and click Reports in the sidebar, then select the report you’d like to view:
  • My Reports — any saved and scheduled reports you’ve set up
  • Calls — a detailed, real-time list of every phone call, with caller information and marketing attribution
  • Transactions — every event in your account, best used for troubleshooting
  • Custom Summary — a summary of each Marketing Data field’s performance, alongside standard call data fields
  • Overview — a high-level summary of account performance and status
  • Campaigns, Profiles, and Promo Numbers — performance broken out by campaign and promo number
  • Call Path, Advertisers, Publishers, and Campaigns by Affiliate — for performance marketing customers evaluating affiliate segments
  • Calls by Hour, Calls by Day of Week — call volume aggregated by time period
Which reports you see depends on your permission level. Network users with Super, Manager, or Member roles can also view the reports their Advertisers and Publishers see.

Selecting, sorting, and displaying your data

Using the Calls report as an example:
  1. Click the green Date Range button to change the date range your report covers, choosing a standard range or a custom one.
  2. Click the + button in the Filters menu to filter by a Marketing Data category or Signal, then choose a value to narrow your results.
  3. The graph shows total calls and the percentage of conversions or paid calls over your selected time frame.
  4. In the results table, click Edit Columns to add or remove the data shown — including caller and attribution data, standard fields, Enhanced Caller Profile data, IVR paths, and any custom fields or Signals in your account.
  5. Sort results in ascending or descending order using the sort control.

Sharing your reports

Click Share to copy the URL of your current report view — anyone with reporting access in your account who opens that link sees exactly what you do. You can also star a report for quicker access later, save a report view, or schedule it to run and deliver automatically over time.

Backing up your report data

Export any report to a spreadsheet or CSV file, either as a backup or to bring into another system. Reports with 2,000 rows or more are processed in a queue, with an email notification and download link once the export is ready.
