Message all of your affiliate partners at once, or filter to a subset matching criteria you choose.
If you use Invoca for performance marketing as a network account, you may need to message your affiliate partners — Advertisers and Publishers — for example, to notify them of policy changes or nudge inactive accounts. Invoca lets you email all of your Advertisers or Publishers at once, or filter to a subset matching criteria you choose.

Emailing Advertisers

  1. Log in to your Invoca account. In the sidebar menu, click Advertisers, then select Message Advertisers.
  2. Click + New Message, then use the checkboxes in the To: menu to filter recipients by:
    • Approval status: Applied, Approved, Suspended, or Declined.
    • Call activity: whether they’ve driven a call in the last 30 days.
    • Commission activity: whether they’ve recently received a commission above or below an amount you choose.
    • Campaign activity: whether they’re currently involved in a campaign on your network.
  3. Enter a reply-to address in the Replies go to field.
  4. Add a subject and message body. Use %user% to insert the recipient’s name.
  5. Click Preview to see the formatted email, then click Send Message.

Emailing Publishers

  1. Log in to your Invoca account. In the sidebar menu, click Publishers, then select Message Publishers.
  2. Click + New Message, then use the radio buttons in the To: menu to select by name or filter by:

    • Commission activity: whether they’ve recently received a commission above or below an amount you choose.
    • Campaign activity: whether they’re currently involved in a campaign on your network.
    • Campaign joins and statuses: choose an Advertiser, then filter Publishers by their status (Applied, Approved, Suspended, Denied) on that Advertiser’s campaigns.
    • Commissions ranking: top or bottom earners of payouts.

    • Conversion rate ranking: highest or lowest performing by conversion rate.
