Two-factor authentication (2FA) requires a code sent to your mobile phone in addition to your password each time you log in. This article covers enabling it for yourself or requiring it network-wide.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds security to your login by requiring a code sent to your mobile phone, in addition to your password, each time you log in. This feature isn’t available to users who log in through Affiliate/Advertiser Single Sign-On (SSO) or via API.

Enabling two-factor authentication for your account

  1. Log in to your Invoca account. Click your initials in the top-right corner, then click Manage user.
  2. Scroll to the Security section and enter your mobile phone number (U.S. or Canada only) in the Mobile Phone field, then click Verify.
  3. Enter the SMS security code you receive in the Verification Code field, then click Verify.
  4. Check the Two-Factor Authentication checkbox and click Save.
  5. Click your initials again, click Logout, then log back in to complete setup.
Once enabled, you’ll be prompted for an authentication code at every login. Click Resend Code if you don’t receive it right away. If you’re still unable to log in, any Super User on your account can reset your authentication, and you’ll be prompted to set it up again on your next login. While logging in, check “remember me” to only require 2FA once every 30 days, or only when logging in from a new device. Resetting your password later will also require you to re-authenticate your 2FA settings.

Requiring two-factor authentication network-wide

You can set your Invoca network to require 2FA for all users at login. Reach out to your account team or support@invoca.com to set this up.
