The Change History page is an audit trail of major activities and changes in your Invoca platform, showing who made a change, when, and what the previous state was.
The Change History page keeps an audit trail and log of major activities and changes in your Invoca platform, including:
  • Adding or deleting users, Signals, and campaigns
  • Completed file uploads and exports
  • Creating new API credentials (OAuth tokens)
On the Change History page, you can see who made a given change, when it was made, and what the previous state was, in case you need to reverse the change. This is useful for reviewers who want to audit their organization’s account, and for marketers confirming whether a file import or export succeeded. Change History is available at the Network, Advertiser, and Publisher account levels. Before you begin: Only Super and Manager users can access the Change History page.

Accessing your Change History page

  1. Log in to your Invoca account. In the sidebar menu, click Settings, then in the Network section select Change History.
  2. Here you’ll see a full stream of Change History events, including when each took place and which user is responsible.
  3. Use filtering, search, and the date picker to narrow down the events you’re looking for.
