Only Publisher Promotions can be syndicated. As the originating network, syndicating out a campaign can significantly increase call volume to that promotion. Once a Syndicated Promotion is created and live, join Publishers to the campaign — approved Publishers can then pull promo numbers and begin sending traffic to it.
