Insights & Analytics search results can display as a table or as any of a large catalog of chart types.
In addition to displaying search results as a table, Invoca supports a large catalog of chart types, from simple bar and line charts to specialized types like Sankey and candlestick charts.

Switching between tables and charts

Toggle between the table view and chart view for any Dashboard Tile at any time. Your underlying search and any filters stay the same — only the visualization changes.

Changing the chart type

To change the chart type of a Dashboard Tile:
  1. Click the Change visualization icon to open a palette of chart types you can choose from (scroll down to see more).
  2. Click a different chart or visualization type.
Some chart types may not be available, depending on the columns in your search. For example, a chart type that requires a geographical column is grayed out until your search includes one. Hover over a grayed-out chart type to see which columns you need before you can use it.
