Control which users in your account can access call recordings and transcripts, including extending access to Publisher users.
Recording and reviewing your phone calls is useful for an in-depth look at your Invoca reporting data, evaluating sales agent performance, and manually training the accuracy of your Signal AI. This article covers how to manage which users in your account can access those recordings.

Who has access to call recordings by default

By default, all Network users can listen to call recordings and access call transcripts. To restrict this default access to only certain user roles, contact Invoca Support. If you use Invoca for performance marketing, only Network account users with the Super User role have access to all call recordings across the Network. Advertiser-level Super Users only have access to recordings within their own Advertiser account. Call recordings are proprietary to the Advertiser who owns the original offer. If an offer is being syndicated, call recordings aren’t accessible on any Network other than the one hosting the original offer.

Enabling access for Publisher users

If you use Invoca for performance marketing, you can also extend call recording access to Super Users in your Publisher accounts. This is managed from the same Publisher Features settings used to control RingPools, call promotions, and caller ID access — see Managing Publisher Access to Call Recordings, RingPools, and Other Features for the setup steps.
