Block a specific phone number, area code, or country from calling your organization.If you need to prevent a phone number from calling in to your organization, Invoca lets you block it.
Blocking a number
- Log in to your Invoca account, then click Settings in the sidebar menu.
- Find the network, Advertiser, or Publisher you want to apply this to, then under the Tools section, click Blocked Numbers.
- Click New Blocked Number and enter the phone number (including country code) and a reason. You can block countries, area codes, groups of phone numbers, or caller IDs.
- Example: to block all numbers starting with “1-805-452,” enter country code “1” and phone number “805452.”
- Read the warning that appears, then click Save.
