Gaps in the current rules

No loading affordance for asynchronous validation. A field being checked against a server has no stated visual treatment.
Read-only’s visual treatment is unconfirmed. Input’s own constraints state what it should do; whether Titan’s implementation matches was not verifiable this pass.
No vertical-rhythm token between stacked fields inside a form was found in the token snapshot.

Constraints Titan should enforce

These are real, currently-true rules. Nothing in code stops a builder from violating them today — each is a placeholder for a guardrail Titan hasn’t built, not a decision still being made.

TITAN-INPUT-03	A disabled Input is paired with a reachable explanation.	A required-when-disabled explanation prop, or a lint rule.
TITAN-INPUT-04	The trailing adornment slot carries at most one element.	A lint/runtime check limiting adornment children to 1.
TITAN-INPUT-05	Invalid state is signaled by border/focus color AND text, never color alone.	A required error-text prop whenever the invalid/error state is true.
TITAN-INPUT-06	Multiline specifies a fixed or minimum row count, never the native default.	A required `rows`/`minRows` prop when `multiline` is set.
TITAN-INPUT-07	Numeric entry is validated as typed text, not the native number spinner.	A lint rule flagging native `type="number"` in favor of `text` + validation.
