Common login problems — forgotten passwords, email/password mismatches, SSO redirects — and how to resolve each one.
You can log in at https://[yournetworkname].invoca.net, or via Single Sign-On (SSO) if your organization has it enabled.

I have a login but don’t know my password

Click “Forgot password?” on the login page. If you log in via SSO, contact your Invoca network administrator to assist with a password reset instead.

I’m getting “Email and password do not match”

This usually happens when you’re invited to a new Invoca network but already have a user account on a different network under the same email address — Invoca expects the same password across networks tied to that email. It can also occur on a network that uses SSO: log in with the same password as your connected SSO account, or log in to that connected tool first. Invoca recognized your email address as already in use. Enter the email address from the invitation along with the password you used on your previous Invoca network. If you don’t remember it, click “Forgot password?” to reset it.

Where can I change my password?

  1. Log in to your Invoca account.
  2. Click your initials in the top-right corner, then click Manage user.
  3. In the Security tile, enter your current password, then your new password (twice to confirm). Click Save.
If you can’t log in at all, reset your password instead from the network login screen by clicking “Forgot password?”

I’m a publisher having trouble logging in to a new network for the first time

Publishers must sign up as a user on each network they’re invited to, even if they’re already a publisher on other Invoca networks — using the same login and password as those other networks. If you haven’t received an invitation, contact that network’s administrator to request one.

Why can’t I verify my phone number?

Phone numbers with an Alaskan or Hawaiian area code sometimes have trouble verifying. If this happens, contact Invoca Customer Success for help.

Which integrations require Single Sign-On to access Invoca?

Common SSO-based integrations include Cake and HasOffers. If your network controls Invoca login from an external site, you’re likely using SSO.

Why am I redirected to a different network page when logging in?

If you have accounts in more than one Invoca network, you’re redirected to the network you accessed most recently. To switch networks, click your email address in the top-right corner and select a different network under “Your Organizations.” If that doesn’t resolve it, log out and back in — and if the problem persists, clear your browser cache and cookies before trying again.
