If you can’t find what you’re looking for on your Invoca dashboard, check that you’re on the right account level, then look for missing tiles.

First, make sure you’re on the correct dashboard and account level

You may have access to several Invoca dashboards. In the sidebar, click Dashboards, then Manage Dashboards, to see whether there’s another named dashboard view to choose from — the data you’re looking for might be in a dashboard shared with you by a manager or supervisor. If you segment different lines of business using Profiles, or use Invoca for performance marketing, there’s an additional layer to track: as a user in an Invoca Network account, you have access to your Network’s account data and dashboards, plus separate dashboards for each individual profile, advertiser, or publisher on your account. (Depending on your account type, “profiles” may be labeled Advertiser, Merchant, or another term.) You can tell which dashboard you’re currently viewing using the account switcher dropdown at the top of your browser window. Return to your network-level dashboard from an Advertiser or Publisher-level dashboard by clicking the Network link above the account switcher. The global search function and real-time data tiles are only fully available at the Network level — lower-level dashboards have more limited search functionality.

If that didn’t help, restore lost dashboard tiles

If you’re confirmed to be on the correct dashboard level but still can’t find what you need, you may have removed the relevant tile. Click Add tile… on the right side of your dashboard to choose the kind of data you’d like to add back, and drag tiles to rearrange them.
