Send Invoca call and Signal data to Skai every night via FTP, filtered by Signal, to power smarter bid management.
Skai, formerly known as Kenshoo, is a bid management platform that helps you connect with customers across all your marketing channels. Integrating Invoca with Skai lets you:
  • Send your Invoca call data to Skai.
  • Send Signal data directly to Skai for smarter bid management.
  • Filter call data before sending it to Skai.

How it works

Once installed, Invoca sends call and Signal data to Skai every night via FTP. You can use Signals to filter which calls are sent. Which phone calls send data to Skai? The integration only sends data about calls made by visitors to your landing pages, and only when a call has an associated Skai Click ID — meaning the visitor landed on the page through a paid effort tracked in Skai. If you drive calls to Invoca using Google Call Extension, this integration won’t send data from those calls; instead, integrate your Skai and Google Ads accounts directly to send that call data.

Step 1: Configure your Invoca account to capture your callers’ Skai Click ID

First, set up Invoca to capture and store the Skai Click ID of each landing page visitor — a unique identifier that connects a visitor’s Skai ad experience to their call.
  1. Create a custom Marketing Data field in your Invoca account:
    • Type: Short Text
    • Partner (API) Name: “kpid” — some older Skai accounts use “k_clickid” to track their Skai/Kenshoo Click ID. Check with your Skai representative if you’re not sure which your account uses.
    • Friendly Name: Skai Click ID
    • Attribution Model: “First” or “Last,” depending on how your business tracks marketing attribution.
    • Default Data Mapping: leave blank.
    • Enable Sharing: leave unchecked.
    • Click Save.
  2. Follow the guide to configuring your Invoca Tag to start collecting data from your new Skai Click ID field:
    • Marketing Data Field: Skai Click ID
    • Data Source: URL Param
    • Enabled: click the slider to Enabled.
  3. Test your Invoca Tag to confirm the Skai Click ID is captured correctly.
  4. Once everything’s working, click Save and Go Live.

Step 2: Set up any Signals you’d like to use in Skai

You can use Signals to filter which calls are sent to Skai. If you want to include all calls from callers with a Skai Click ID, no Signals are needed. If you only want to send certain qualified or segmented calls, create a new Signal for those conditions — you’ll use it in the next step.

Step 3: Contact your Invoca and Skai representatives

After completing the steps above, reach out to your account team or support@invoca.com to request setting up a new Skai integration, including which Signals — if any — you’d like to use for filtering. Invoca’s team will send an order form to sign, confirm you’ve completed all the steps, and may ask clarifying questions before sharing that information with your Skai support representative. Once everything’s set, Invoca sets the integration live and sends you a test file so you can verify it’s set up as intended. You’ll then start receiving Invoca data in your Skai account.

Step 4: Access and use your Invoca data in Skai

Adding Invoca Signals as new conversion columns in Skai:
  1. Navigate to Management > Conversion Columns.
  2. Click Add and give your column a name — best practice is to name it after the Invoca Signal. Set the conversion source to “External Report,” since this comes from the Invoca Data Delivery file.
  3. Click +New conversion type and add the Invoca Signal(s) you want to track.
Viewing Invoca data in your Skai account (Conversion Columns):
  1. Log in to your Skai account and navigate to your conversion columns.
  2. All Skai Analysis Grids have a button to toggle column display on/off.
  3. Enable any conversion columns you created (headers from the Invoca Data Delivery file), then click Save to enable those columns in your grid.
