# Whitelist IP Addresses for Data Delivery

Invoca can't provide a fixed list of IP addresses to whitelist for SFTP or webhook data deliveries, since its servers rotate; use the Transactions API or a webhook instead.

## Applies To

* Data deliveries
* SFTP-based deliveries

## Symptoms

Your destination system only accepts connections from an approved (whitelisted) list of IP addresses, and you need Invoca's IP addresses to add to that list.

## Why This Isn't Possible

Invoca can't provide a list of IP addresses to whitelist, because its servers rotate and the IP address used for a given delivery can change over time. This is a known limitation. If IP whitelisting is a hard requirement on your end, submit a product request so Invoca can track demand for this capability.

## Alternatives

Instead of whitelisting IP addresses, pull or receive your data another way:

* **Pull data** using the Invoca Transactions API, which you can call from an IP address of your choosing on your end.
* **Push data** using an Invoca Webhook, sent to a destination endpoint rather than an IP-restricted server.
