# How to Update a Custom Webhook to Pass All Calls

> Remove a profile filter from an existing custom webhook so it forwards data for every call instead of only calls from one profile.

## Overview

Custom webhooks let Invoca send call and Signal data to an external system whenever a call meets conditions you define. One of those conditions is a profile filter, which limits the webhook to firing only for calls associated with a specific profile. If you originally set up a webhook this way and now want it to forward data for all calls on your network, you can remove that filter without rebuilding the webhook from scratch.

## Prerequisites

Before you begin, you'll need:

* An existing custom webhook already configured on your Invoca network.
* Permission to edit integrations in your Invoca account.

## Steps

1. Log in to your Invoca account and navigate to the custom webhook screen.
2. Select the webhook you want to update from the list of existing webhooks.
3. Click the **Configuration** tab.
4. Click the **Firing Conditions** tab.
5. Locate the **Profile** filter, which currently limits the webhook to a single selected profile, and change it to **All profiles**.
6. Click **Save** to apply the change.

## What this changes

Once saved, the webhook no longer restricts outgoing data by profile. Every call that meets the webhook's other firing conditions, such as call transaction type or Signal criteria, will now be sent to the destination endpoint regardless of which profile the call belongs to.

If your webhook has other filters in place, such as a Signal or transaction type filter, those remain active. Removing the profile filter only affects which profile's calls are eligible; it does not remove any other conditions you've configured.

## When to use this

This change is useful if you originally scoped a webhook to a single profile for testing or a limited rollout, and you're now ready to expand it network-wide. It's also useful if your business structure has changed and you no longer need to separate call data by profile at the webhook level.

If you're not sure whether removing the profile filter is the right change for your setup, contact Invoca Support before saving, since the change takes effect immediately for any call that matches your other firing conditions.
