# Transaction Details Report Overview

> A column-by-column reference for the Transaction Details report, which logs every event that changes call or Signal data — ideal for auditing your account.

<Note>
  Invoca is migrating Dashboards and Reports to the newer Insights & Analytics experience. See [Insights & Analytics: Getting Started Guide](/s/article/insights-analytics-getting-started-guide) to check out the new experience.
</Note>

Whenever phone call or Signal data is added or changed in your account, the Transaction Details report keeps a record of that event, giving you a thorough history of the last 25 months of reporting data. Access it by clicking **Reports** in the sidebar, then **Transactions**.

## Understanding the rows

Each row represents a different event that changed call, marketing, or Signal data. For transactions after 11/12/2019, events that update more than one Signal or Custom Data value are combined into a single row. For transactions before that date, you'll also see a separate row for each Signal as it's applied to each call.

## FAQ

**Does the report show current data, or only what changed in that transaction?**
Columns for dynamic custom data fields (used for online marketing data) always show the current value for that call. All other custom data and Signal columns only show how that field changed in that specific transaction row — if a value didn't change, the column is blank.
