# Transaction API Returns a 0 Value for Some Attributes

> A 0 value for duration or other attributes usually means the call record was corrected — pull the most recent version of the transaction instead.

**Applies to:** Transactions API, Network level

## Symptoms

* Call duration is incorrect when importing data via the Transactions API.
* Shows as 0 duration for long calls.
* Doesn't affect every call.

## Cause

The following features and events always result in a Transaction Correction to the original call: Invoca for AdWords, Invoca Signals (on eligible calls), Notes field edits, and manual corrections made by Invoca support.

## Resolution

This occurs when the original call record is corrected. Pull the most recent version of the call record — it will show the updated payin, payout, and duration values.
