# Suspend an Advertiser

> How Advertiser account statuses work, and how to change them as a Network account administrator.

If you use Invoca for performance marketing as a Network account, you'll manage the Advertiser accounts that create campaigns in your network — including their status, which determines whether they can create Invoca campaigns.

To view or change an Advertiser's status, go to **Advertisers** in the sidebar, select **Manage Advertisers**, find the Advertiser, and click the pencil icon.

## Advertiser statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| :-------- | :---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Approved | Open for business; can apply to and promote visible campaigns |
| Declined | Applied but was never approved; cannot view or create campaigns |
| Suspended | Previously approved, but the network has chosen to pause the relationship (often temporary, due to technical issues or unwanted behavior) |
| Archived | Permanently removed from your network's Advertiser lists and menus after being suspended; historical call data for their campaigns remains accessible |

Changing an Advertiser's status sends a notification email to that Advertiser's users, as well as to all Publishers in their campaigns.
