# Signal File Upload Not Showing Updated Values in Calls Report

> If a Signal File Upload completed with no errors but the Calls report still looks unchanged, check the Transactions column to confirm the update landed on the correct transaction.

## Applies to

* Calls and Transactions report

## Symptoms

A Signal File Upload (SFU) doesn't display updated values in the Calls report, even though the file imported successfully with zero errors.

## Cause

This typically happens because the Calls report is displaying the bundled call from the original date of the call, when the "Call Disposition" Marketing Data field had no value yet.

## Resolution

1. Run the same Calls report as before, paying attention to the Transactions column — bundled calls with three transactions indicate the Signal File Upload was applied to that call.
2. Click the Call Record ID to open a pop-up showing the call's first two transactions from the original date, plus the new post-call event transaction created by the upload.
3. The updated data will be reflected in the two non-bundled transactions.
